What kind of counselling do you offer?
We offer heart-centered, trauma-informed virtual counselling for parents, individuals, and couples. Sessions focus on emotional healing, mindful parenting, and building stronger, calmer relationships.
Are your sessions virtual or in-person?
All sessions are currently offered virtually through secure video platforms, so you can receive support from anywhere in Canada in a safe, confidential space.
How do I know if counselling is right for me?
If you feel emotionally drained, stuck in parenting challenges, disconnected from your partner, or unsure how to handle daily stress — counselling can help. You don’t need to wait for a crisis; even small shifts can create big changes at home.
How long is each session?
Each virtual session is 50–60 minutes long. We also offer a free 15-minute discovery call if you’d like to connect before booking a full session.
What are your fees? Do you offer sliding scale?
Individual sessions: $150
Couple sessions: $200
Group parenting sessions: $30–$40 per participant
We also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spaces based on financial need. Please mention this during your discovery call.
How do I book a session?
You can book directly through the “Book Now” button on the website or visit our Booking Page. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your virtual session link.
Can I message or email you between sessions?
Yes — you may email for scheduling or light check-ins. For emotional support, we encourage booking a session so we can hold that space fully and safely for you.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee unless due to an emergency.
I’m struggling with parenting guilt, anger, or burnout — is that normal?
Absolutely. Every parent feels this way at times. These feelings don’t make you a “bad” parent — they make you human. We’ll help you understand your emotions and respond with calm, confidence, and compassion.
Do you work with diverse families and backgrounds?
Yes. We work with parents, couples, and individuals from all cultural, spiritual, and family backgrounds. Sessions are always offered with cultural sensitivity, respect, and openness.
