Amoha Healing

Find clarity, confidence, and compassion — a safe space to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself

Life can feel heavy, messy, and overwhelming. Anxiety, burnout, emotional disconnection, or relationship struggles can make you feel stuck — like you’re carrying it all alone. You don’t have to. At Amoha Healing, we provide a safe, compassionate space to pause, breathe, and rediscover your inner strength.

Who We Are

I’m Pooja Singh, MSW, RSW, and the founder of Amoha Healing Inc. With over 8 years of experience supporting individuals, parents, couples, and newcomers, I combine evidence-based practices with a heart-centered approach. Our team is trained in trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care to guide you through life’s challenges with warmth, respect, and empathy.

Who We Support

We guide people who want to:

  • Individuals: Reduce anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm

  • Parents & Caregivers: Build calm confidence and positive bonds with children

  • Couples: Restore connection, trust, and healthier communication

  • Newcomers: Adjust to a new culture while finding inner stability

  • New & Expecting Mothers: Navigate postpartum emotions and identity shifts

Vision

Our vision is to create lasting, meaningful change — one conversation, one connection, one heart at a time. We imagine a world where emotional healing is a right, not a luxury. A world where every individual, parent, partner, and newcomer:

  • Feels safe and supported while exploring their emotions

  • Experiences inner peace as part of daily life

  • Nurtures healthy relationships with themselves and others

  • Honors their culture, identity, and spirituality

  • Feels seen as a whole, worthy human being, not just a client

Our Approach

At Amoha, healing is not about “fixing” yourself. It’s about creating a space to explore, reflect, and reconnect with who you truly are. Whether we’re working on:

  • Setting boundaries and building resilience

  • Repairing relationships with loved ones

  • Healing emotional wounds or managing stress

  • Navigating parenthood or postpartum emotions

…everything is done with compassion, collaboration, and respect for your story.

You don’t have to carry it all. You don’t have to “have it together.” You just need to take the first step — we’ll walk with you from there.
