Amoha Healing

Raising emotionally strong, value-driven kids — by guiding the parents who shape them.

Parenting isn’t easy. Between tantrums, endless “whys,” and juggling work and family, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. You want to raise kind, confident, resilient children — but sometimes it’s hard to know what “good parenting” truly looks like.

I’m Pooja Singh, MSW, RSW, Parenting Counsellor and Founder of Amoha Healing Inc.
With over 8 years of experience supporting families, couples, and individuals, I help parents build calm, connected relationships with their children (ages 0–10). My approach blends psychology, empathy, and practical tools so you can guide with love — not guilt.

At Amoha Healing, we believe every parent deserves understanding, and every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, seen, and supported.

Who We Support

  • Prepare emotionally for parenthood and heal from pregnancy or birth-related trauma

  • Overcome post-delivery depression with empathy and guidance

  • Build deeper, more secure bonds with their children

  • Handle tantrums and communication challenges calmly

  • Set boundaries and discipline with empathy, not fear

  • Nurture confidence, kindness, and emotional intelligence in kids

  • Stay balanced — as a parent, partner, and individual

Vision

We envision a world where parents raise emotionally intelligent, kind, and grounded children, because they themselves feel calm, confident, and connected.

A home where:

  • Parents feel capable, not confused

  • Discipline builds empathy, not fear

  • Emotional wellbeing is nurtured from the start

  • Family values are lived, not just taught

  • Every parent feels seen, supported, and celebrated

You don’t have to carry it all. You don’t have to “have it together.” You just need to take the first step — we’ll walk with you from there.
